Dr. Furr accepts most insurances which include, but are not limited to Aetna PPO, BCBS PPO, Cigna PPO, HealthSpring, Humana Choice Care, Humana TriCare Standard, Medicare, PHCS, Multiplan, and United HealthCare PPO. He operates at Erlanger, Parkridge East Hospital, and Parkridge Medical Center.

Dr. Liu operates on a cash only basis and does does not accept insurance for his services. He does perform surgeries at a hospital which accepts most insurances.
