Dr. Furr accepts most insurances which include, but are not limited to Aetna PPO, BCBS PPO, Cigna PPO, HealthSpring, Humana Choice Care, Humana TriCare Standard, Medicare, PHCS, Multiplan, and United HealthCare PPO. He operates at Erlanger, Parkridge East Hospital, and Parkridge Medical Center.

Dr. Liu accepts only PPO insurance with out of network benefits for his services. 
He perform surgeries at hospitals which accept most insurance.
